VANS 2014 Annual General Meeting followed by the Opening Reception for The 2013-14 VANS Mentorship Exhibition.
Wednesday, June 25 at 5pm
The Wooden Monkey Restaurant, 40 Alderney Dr., Alderney Landing (2nd floor), Dartmouth, NS.

Join the board, staff and artists for the meeting at 5pm, light refreshments will be served. For those who wish to have supper at the Wooden Monkey after the AGM, we will have a small number of tables reserved, please let us know in advance if you intend to stay and eat.

From 7:30 – 9:00pm, there will be an opening reception for the VANS Mentorship Exhibition at the Craig Gallery in Alderney Landing. The reception is open to the public, please feel free to invite family and friends.

Motion: Due to the vote on the proposed amendments to the by-laws, the term of the current Board of Directors will be extended until September 2014. A special meeting of the membership will be called to elect the new slate of directors.

a.  Memorandum of Association and By-Law Amendments

Motion: To accept the changes as presented to the Visual Arts Nova Scotia Memorandum of Association and By-laws.
